Prior to joining Community Fund, Ariel helped to build Exigent Capital’s special situations investment practice and led several investment transactions in cooperation with York Capital. Prior to joining Exigent, Ariel advised restructuring processes, and spent three years with Jefferies’ TMT investment banking group in New York, where he focused on Restructuring and M&A. Ariel holds a BSE in Operations Research and Financial Engineering from Princeton University.
